WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN A WHOLE BEEF
• 180–240 lbs ground beef
• Ribeye or New York strip steaks
• Sirloin steaks
• Roasts (chuck, rump, arm)
• 2 briskets
• Flank & skirt steaks
• Short ribs
• Stew meat & soup bones
Total take-home: approximately 400–600 lbs depending on your cutting preferences.
HOW IT WORKS:
1️⃣ Reserve your whole beef with a $799 deposit
2️⃣ We’ll contact you within 2–3 business days with your cut sheet and walk you through the process so you get cuts your family will actually use
3️⃣ Your final price is based on hanging weight at $8.50/lb
(your deposit is deducted from your total)
4️⃣ You’ll pick up your beef directly from the butcher when it’s ready
