A half beef is one of the most economical ways to stock up, giving you a wide variety of cuts at an average price far below grocery store beef.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN A HALF BEEF:
• 90–120 lbs ground beef
• Ribeye or New York strip steaks
• Sirloin steaks
• Roasts (chuck, rump, arm)
• 1 brisket
• Flank steak
• Short ribs
• Stew meat & soup bones
Total take-home: approximately 200–300 lbs depending on your cutting preferences.
HOW IT WORKS:
1️⃣ Reserve your half beef with a $399 deposit
2️⃣ We’ll contact you within 2–3 business days with your cut sheet and walk you through the process so you get cuts your family will actually use
3️⃣ Your final price is based on hanging weight at $8.50/lb
(your deposit is deducted from your total)
4️⃣ You’ll pick up your beef directly from the butcher when it’s ready

Approximately 8 cubic feet (about a medium chest freezer)
