Beef Share Waitlist

Reserve a whole or half share of our ranch-raised Angus beef, born and raised on our family ranch near Medicine Hat, Alberta. We butcher twice a year, so join the waitlist for the season you want and we'll contact you when deposits are due.

SPRING BEEF: Grass-Finished (waitlist OPEN now)

Butchered in April. Deposits due by the end of February.

FALL BEEF: Grain-Finished (waitlist opens later)

Butchered September to October. Deposits due mid-August.
